戊午延祐五年正月。懿州地震　二月和州地震秦州山崩　四月德慶地震。南土山崩。壓死居民。給糧賑之。

In the wuwu year, the fifth year of Yanyou [1318], in the first month, an earthquake occurred in Yizhou. In the second month, an earthquake occurred in Hezhou and a mountain collapsed in Qinzhou. In the fourth month, an earthquake occurred in Deqing; mountains collapsed in the southern regions, crushing residents to death; grain was provided to relieve them.
