己卯至元五年夏四月。加封孝女曹娥。為慧感靈孝昭順純懿夫人　六月汀州水高三丈餘。沒廬壞田　太白屢經天。

In the ji-mao year, the fifth year of Zhiyuan (1339 CE), in the fourth month of summer, the filial daughter Cao E was posthumously conferred the title Lady of Luminous Sensitivity, Efficacious Filial Piety, Bright Harmony, and Pure Virtue.
