大宗禪師　諱興。台州人。住持徑山。三月十一日忽嘆曰。夫三十婦六齡。畢竟偶不成。遂坐去。

Chan Master Dazong, whose taboo name was Xing, was a native of Taizhou. He served as the abbot of Jingshan. On the eleventh day of the third month, he suddenly sighed, saying: "A husband of thirty, a wife of six years of age—in the end, the match cannot be made." Thereupon, he passed away seated.
