丁丑洪武三十年。命僧錄司。行十三布政司。凡有寺院。處所俱建禪堂。安禪集眾。

In the ding-chou year, the thirtieth year of the Hongwu era [1397 CE], the Central Buddhist Registry was ordered to instruct the thirteen provincial administration commissions that wherever there were monasteries, meditation halls must be built in all places to settle meditation and assemble the community.
