毘婆尸佛父名槃頭。剎利王種。母名槃頭婆提。王所治城名槃頭波提。尸棄佛父名明相。剎利王種。母名光曜。王所治城名曰光相。毘舍婆佛父名善澄剎利王種。母名稱戒所治城名曰無喻。拘樓孫佛父名禮得。婆羅門種。母名善枝。王名安和。隨王名故城名安和。拘那含佛父名內德。婆羅門種。母名善勝。是時土名清淨。隨土名故城名清淨。迦葉佛父名曰梵德。婆羅門種。母名曰財主。是時王名波毘。王所治城名波羅捺。釋迦文佛父名淨飯剎利王種。母名大清淨妙。王所治城名迦毘羅衛。

Vipaśyin Buddha's father was named Bandhumat, of kṣatriya royal stock; his mother was named Bandhumatī; and the city governed by the king was named Bandhumatī. Śikhin Buddha's father was named Aruṇa, of kṣatriya royal stock; his mother was named Prabhāvatī; and the city governed by the king was named Aruṇavatī. Viśvabhū Buddha's father was named Supratīta, of kṣatriya royal stock; his mother was named Yaśovatī; and the city governed by the king was named Anupama. Krakucchanda Buddha's father was named Yajñadatta, of brāhmaṇa stock; his mother was named Viśākhā; the king was named Kṣema, and after the king's name the city was called Kṣemavatī. Kanakamuni Buddha's father was named Śuddhadatta, of brāhmaṇa stock; his mother was named Subhadrā; at that time the land was called Śobhavatī, and after the land's name the city was called Śobhavatī. Kāśyapa Buddha's father was named Brahmadatta, of brāhmaṇa stock; his mother was named Dhanavatī; at that time the king was named Kṛkī, and the city governed by the king was named Bārāṇasī. Śākyamuni Buddha's father was named Śuddhodana, of kṣatriya royal stock; his mother was named Mahāmāyā; and the city governed by the king was named Kapilavastu.
