時京兆尹孔靈符以事表聞，詔仍改禪房為天安寺，以旍厥瑞焉。
At that time, Kong Lingfu, the Governor of the Capital, memorialised the incident to the throne. An imperial edict was subsequently issued changing the meditation hall into Tian'an Temple to make known the auspicious portent.
