襄州鳳山延慶院歸曉慧廣大師。僧問。言語道斷時如何師曰兩重公案。曰如何領會。師曰。分明舉似洞山問如何是鳳山境。師曰。好生看取曰如何是境中人。師曰。識麼。

Great Master Guixiao Huiguang of Yanqing Cloister on Mount Feng in Xiangzhou. A monk asked, 'How is it when the path of words and speech is cut off?' The master said, 'A double public case (gong'an).' [The monk] said, 'How should one understand it?' The master said, 'Clearly present it to Dongshan.' [The monk] asked, 'What is the realm of Mount Feng?' The master said, 'Take a good look at it.' [The monk] said, 'What is the person within the realm?' The master said, 'Do you recognise him?'
