太宗在宮時往禮謁莊嚴修飾。在宮東三十里大苑內。永徽中改宮立寺。陰闇之夕每放光明。

When Emperor Taizong was at the palace, he went to pay homage to it, decorating and repairing it. It is located in the Great Park, thirty li east of the palace. During the Yonghui reign era, the palace was converted into a monastery. On dark, overcast nights, it always emits light.
