太宗升遐方驗先兆。至六月內涕又流出。合境同懼。至七月漢水汎溢入城郭。深丈餘。今見在。

When Emperor Taizong passed away, the omen was verified. By the sixth month, the mucus flowed out again, and the whole region was filled with dread. In the seventh month, the Han River overflowed and flooded the walled cities to a depth of over a zhang. The image still exists today.
