非二乘聖人所履境界。故不可得聞也（此法。實不是聲聞緣覺小聖二乘所行所履之境界。故不可得而聞也）。

It was not a realm trodden by the holy beings of the two vehicles, and therefore it could not be heard [by them] (This Dharma is truly not a realm practiced and trodden by the lesser holy beings of the two vehicles of śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas; therefore it could not be heard).
