第十七願使某作佛時。令我洞視徹聽飛行十倍勝於諸佛。得是願乃作佛。不得是願終不作佛。
"Seventeenth vow: May it be that when I become a Buddha, my penetrative vision, thorough hearing, and flight shall be ten times superior to those of all Buddhas. If I obtain this vow, only then will I become a Buddha; if I do not obtain this vow, I will never become a Buddha.
