第十八願使某作佛時。令我智慧說經行道十倍於諸佛。得是願乃作佛。不得是願終不作佛。
"Eighteenth vow: May it be that when I become a Buddha, my wisdom, expounding of sūtras, and practicing of the Way shall be ten times that of all Buddhas. If I obtain this vow, only then will I become a Buddha; if I do not obtain this vow, I will never become a Buddha.
