35.47

又告文殊師利及觀音大士。待我滅度後。汝以神力分身取我齒塔。擎往彼國至僧伽藍中。令塔放光。於光明中出諸布㲲。汝為商客至彼貿易。或施為法衣。汝復變為三藏比丘。教化彼國比丘勿著皮衣。若如佛教勤行精進。諸天送衣并施飲食。

He also addressed Mañjuśrī and the Mahāsattva Avalokiteśvara: "Wait until after my demise; you shall use supernatural power to emanate bodies, take my tooth-stūpa, and carry it to that country to a saṃghārāma. Cause the stūpa to emit light, and from within the light let all kinds of cotton cloth emerge. You shall become merchants coming there to trade, or give them as Dharma robes. You shall further transform into Tripiṭaka monks and teach the monks of that country not to wear leather clothes. If they are diligent and vigorous according to the Buddha's teachings, the devas will send robes and bestow food and drink."
