36.69

述異記曰。昔有人發廬山採松。聞人語云。此未可取。此人尋聲而上。見一異華形甚可愛。其香非常。知是神異。因掇而服之。得壽三百歲。

The Shuyi ji says: 'Formerly, a man set out for Mount Lu to gather pine. He heard a human voice saying, "This may not yet be taken." Following the voice, the man climbed up and saw a strange flower of very lovely form, its fragrance extraordinary. Knowing it to be divine and anomalous, he plucked and ingested it, and attained a lifespan of three hundred years.'
