83.18

又大集經云。法語比丘二萬年中無有睡眠。然後上昇虛空。一多羅樹。結跏趺坐。滿一千年不動不搖。法喜為食。獲得比智樂說無礙。

Furthermore, the Mahāsaṃnipāta-sūtra says: The monk Dharmabhāṇaka did not sleep for twenty thousand years. Afterwards, he ascended into the sky to the height of a tāla tree, sat cross-legged, and remained motionless and unshaken for a full thousand years, taking the joy of the Dharma as food, and obtained comparative knowledge and unhindered delight in speech.
