84.20

第七但有三衣亦有十利。一於三衣外無求受疲苦。二無有守護疲苦。三所畜物少。四唯身所著為足。五細戒行。六行來無累。七身體輕便。八隨順阿練若處住。九處處所往無所顧惜。十隨順道行。

Possessing only three robes, the seventh, also has ten benefits: first, free from the weariness and suffering of seeking and receiving beyond the three robes; second, free from the weariness and suffering of guarding them; third, few things are kept; fourth, only what is worn on the body is sufficient; fifth, subtle observance of the precepts; sixth, coming and going without burden; seventh, the physical body is light and nimble; eighth, according with dwelling in an araṇya; ninth, wherever one goes, having no regrets or attachments; tenth, according with the practice of the Way.
