三者悑畏無常命如水沫。一息不還隨業流轉。覺無常已食息無閑。是為無常翻破保常不畏惡道心也。

Third is dreading impermanence, that life is like water foam. When one breath does not return, one drifts along according to karma. Having awakened to impermanence, one has no leisure even while eating or resting. This is impermanence overturning and breaking through the mind that clings to permanence and does not dread the evil destinies.
