汝見第三柱者。是地獄人。迦葉佛時。是出家人。為僧當事。用僧梁柱浪與白衣。故入地獄。作大肉柱火燒受苦。至今不息。

The third pillar you saw is a denizen of hell. In the time of Kāśyapa Buddha, he was a monastic managing affairs for the sangha. He took the beams and pillars of the sangha and gave them away carelessly to laypeople. Therefore, he entered hell, where he became a great flesh pillar burned by fire, suffering pain without respite even to this day.
