汝見第四樹者。是地獄人。迦葉佛時。是出家人。五德不具作大眾主。為僧斷事隨愛恚悑癡。斷事不平。故入地獄。作四肉樹。火燒受苦至今不息。

The fourth tree you saw is a denizen of hell. In the time of Kāśyapa Buddha, he was a monastic who, without possessing the five virtues, became the head of the great assembly. In resolving disputes for the sangha, he acted according to desire, anger, fear, and delusion, settling matters unfairly. Therefore, he entered hell, where he became four flesh trees burned by fire, suffering pain without respite even to this day.
