99.30

又正法念經云。若有眾生。信心悲心以種種食施人。命終生質多羅天受種種樂。命終得受人身。大富饒財。常行正法。

The Saddharmasmṛtyupasthāna-sūtra also says: "If there is a sentient being who, with a mind of faith and a mind of compassion, gives various kinds of food to others, upon the end of their life they will be born in the Citraratha Heaven to experience various pleasures. When their life there ends, they will obtain a human body, greatly rich in abundance of wealth, and constantly practice the Saddharma."
