醫藥（上於基反說文治病工也從酉殹聲音伊奚反經文作毉俗用亦通）。

醫藥 (The first character has the fanqie yu + ji [yī]. The Shuowen says: 'An artisan who cures illnesses.' It is derived from yǒu [酉] with yī [殹] phonetic; yī has the fanqie yi + xi [yī]. The sūtra text writes 毉, which is also commonly accepted in vulgar usage).
