京者（景英反爾雅京大也考聲云丘之絕高者也說文云人所為絕高丘也從高省象高形也音公本反經從日從小作京俗字）。

“Capital” (京者: [京 is] fanqie 景 + 英 [jīng]. The Erya says: “京 means great.” The Kaosheng says: “An exceedingly high mound.” The Shuowen says: “An exceedingly high artificial mound made by humans. It is composed of an abbreviated 高, depicting a high form; its pronunciation is fanqie 公 + 本 [gōng].” The sūtra's writing with 日 over 小 is a vulgar character).
