Jeta's Grove (祇樹: Sanskrit; also called Qituo, Qihuan, or Qiyuan, which are all one name; the correct Sanskrit sound is Jeta, translated here as Victorious; this is the city governed by King Prasenajit; the crown prince was also named Victorious (Jeta); the elder Anāthapiṇḍada pressed Crown Prince Jeta to sell the garden land to erect a monastery for the Buddha; the prince kept the trees himself to make offerings to the Buddha and the Saṅgha, so it is briefly called Jeta's Grove).
