法祠（似茲反何休注公羊傳祠食也白虎通祠嗣也爾雅祠祭也詩百神廟皆曰祠說文春祭曰祠從示司聲也）。

Dharma sacrifice (法祠: 祠 is 似 + 茲 fanqie; He Xiu's commentary on the Gongyang zhuan says: "祠 means a food offering." The Baihu tong says: "祠 means succession (嗣)." The Erya says: "祠 means sacrifice." In the Shijing, shrines to the hundred deities are all called 祠. The Shuowen says: "The spring sacrifice is called 祠; it takes 'cultic sign' (示) as semantic and 司 as phonetic").
