烏瑟膩沙（尼致反梵語如來頂髻也古譯或云嗢瑟尼沙或云鬱瑟尼沙此譯云髻案無上依經云頂骨涌起自然成髻也）。
Uṣṇīṣa (烏瑟膩沙: 膩 is 尼 + 致 fanqie; Sanskrit; the cranial protuberance of the Tathāgata. Older translations have 嗢瑟尼沙 or 鬱瑟尼沙; here translated as 'topknot' (髻). According to the Wushangyi jing, the cranial bone rises up, naturally forming a topknot).
