𢀩舛（上策迦反正體字也說文貳也差互不相值也正體從垂從左作[(傘-(企-止)+一)-┬+(厂@工)]蔡邕石經隨俗作差下川耎反廣雅舛背也顧野王云差舛不齊也說文相背也從夕音陟紀反從[(巨-匚)*(十/十)]音口寡反）。

𢀩舛 Discrepant and erroneous: (The first character has the fanqie 策迦 [chā]; it is the orthodox character. The Shuowen says: "To deviate; to miss each other and not coincide." The orthodox form takes 垂 and 左 as [(傘-(企-止)+一)-┬+(厂@工)]; Cai Yong's Stone Classics followed popular usage and wrote it 差. The second character has the fanqie 川耎 [chuǎn]. The Guangya says: "舛 means to turn one's back on." Gu Yewang says: "Discrepant and uneven." The Shuowen says: "Opposing each other." It takes 夕, pronounced 陟紀 [zhǐ], and [(巨-匚)*(十/十)], pronounced 口寡 [kǔ]).
