插在（楚匣反考聲插刺也說文從手臿聲𠚏音與上同[臿-臼+(凵@((犀-尸-牛)-〡))]字曰音舊經文從千從臼音菊作插非也下在字說文在存也從土從扌扌亦聲也）。

插在 (The upper character is pronounced cha1 [chu-xia fan]. The Kaosheng says: '插 means to insert or pierce.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Formed from "hand" (手) with 臿 as phonetic.' The sound of 𠚏 is the same as the above. The character [臿-臼+(凵@((犀-尸-牛)-〡))] is pronounced jiu4. The sūtra text has it with 千 and 臼, pronounced ju2, writing 插, which is incorrect. For the lower character 在, the Shuowen jiezi says: '在 means to exist.' Formed from 'earth' (土) with 扌, which is also phonetic).
