蚤蝨（上遭老反說文嚙人跳蟲也從䖵叉音爪經從欠作𧈸謬略不成字下所乙反說文云衣中囓人蟲也從䖵從卂卂音信經文從半風作虱非也）。

蚤蝨 (The upper character is pronounced zao3 [zao-lao fan]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'A jumping insect that bites people.' Formed from 䖵 and 叉, pronounced zhua3. The sūtra writes it with 欠 as 𧈸, an erroneous abbreviation that fails to form a proper character. The lower character is pronounced shi1 [suo-yi fan]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'An insect in clothing that bites people; formed from 䖵 and 卂.' 卂 is pronounced xin4. The sūtra text writes 虱 with half of 風, which is incorrect).
