滂流（上普綱反王逸注楚辭云滂廣流也廣雅滂旁流也說文霈也形聲字霈音配也）。

Gushing flow (滂流; upper [character] *pǔ* + *gāng* fanqie. Wang Yi's commentary on the *Chuci* states: "*Pāng* means flowing extensively." The *Guangya* states: "*Pāng* means flowing to all sides." The *Shuowen jiezi* states: "Torrential (*pèi*)." It is a phono-semantic character. *Pèi* 霈 is pronounced *pèi*).
