喪命（桑葬反鄭注禮記喪失也說文亡也從哭亡聲也俗作[〦/(口*口)/(┌/┌/一)]非也）。

喪命 (Pronounced 桑 + 葬 [*sàng*]. Zheng [Xuan]'s commentary on the *Liji* says: 'To lose.' The *Shuowen* says: 'To perish.' It takes 哭 as semantic component and 亡 as phonetic component. Vulgar usage writes it as [〦/(口*口)/(┌/┌/一)], which is incorrect).
