令諸世事悉得宣敘（爾雅曰宣示也說文曰敘次第也言顯示得其次第也）。

"Causing all worldly affairs to be properly expressed and ordered" (The Erya states: "宣 means to make manifest." The Shuowen jiezi states: "敘 means order." It means making them clearly manifest in their proper sequence).
