Kuiluan 潰亂 (Pronounced with the fanqie hui + dui [kuì]. The Kaosheng says: 'Kui means scattered.' The Cang Jie pian says: 'Kui means troubled and disordered.' The Shuowen states: 'It takes "water" [水] and guì [貴] as phonetic.' In the sūtra text it is written as kuài 澮, pronounced with the fanqie gǔ + huì, which is not the meaning of the sūtra).
