憒擾（上迴罪反方言憒心煩也說文亂也從心從䝿下饒少反廣雅云擾擾亦亂也考聲也攪也因此煩彼也說文亦煩也從手夒聲夒音奴刀反經作擾錯也）。

憒擾 (The upper character is fanqie hu[i] + zu[i]. The Fangyan says: '憒 means trouble in mind.' The Shuowen says: 'Disorder; it derives from 心 and 䝿.' The lower character is fanqie r[ao] + sh[ao]. The Guangya says: '擾擾 also means disorder.' The Kaosheng says: 'To churn up; to cause trouble for that on account of this.' The Shuowen also says: 'Trouble; it derives from 手 with 夒 as phonetic.' 夒 is fanqie n[u] + d[ao]. In the sūtra it is written as 擾, which is wrong.)
