Blowing and sprinkling (飄灑; the first character is *pi* + *yao* [piāo]; the *Mao Shijing* commentary says: "飄 is like blowing." The *Shuowen jiezi* says it has the wind radical and the *piào* sound; 票 is pronounced *bì* + *xiāo* [biào]. The second is *shu* + *jie* [sǎ]; the *Kaosheng* says: "灑 means sprinkling water." Wang's commentary on the *Chuci* says: "Like sprinkling water on the ground." The *Shuowen jiezi* says it has the water radical and the *lì* sound).
