擾亂（上如沼反說文擾煩也從手從夒夒音奴刀反從憂者非也下欒段反考聲云亂錯也李斯小篆下從寸作亂也）。

擾亂: The first character has the fanqie [r]ú + [zh]ǎo. The Shuowen [jiezi] says: "擾 means vexation. Composed of the hand radical (手) and 夒." The pronunciation of 夒 has the fanqie [n]ú + [d]āo; writing it with 憂 is incorrect. The second character has the fanqie [l]uán + [d]uàn. The Kaosheng says: "亂 means disordered." In Li Si's small seal script, it is written with 寸 at the bottom as 亂.
