賙給（上之由反毛詩傳云賙救也鄭箋云權救其急也說文從貝周聲下金立反顧野王云給猶供也賈注國語給及也足也僃也說文相供足也從糸合聲也）。

Providing relief and supplies (賙給: the upper [character has the fanqie] 之由反. The commentary on the Mao Poetry says: '賙 means to rescue.' Zheng's Jian commentary says: 'To provide emergency relief in an urgent situation.' The Shuowen [says it is] composed of 貝 with 周 phonetic. The lower [character has the fanqie] 金立反. Gu Yewang says: '給 is like supplying (供).' Jia's commentary on the Guoyu says: '給 means to reach; to suffice; to prepare.' The Shuowen says: 'Supplying one another sufficiently.' Composed of 糸 with 合 phonetic).
