焚爇（上輔文反說文燒田也下耎拙反杜注左傳云爇燒也蒼頡篇云火然也從火蓻聲）。

Burning and scorching (焚爇: for the first character, fanqie fǔ-wén; the Shuowen jiezi says: "Burning fields." For the second character, fanqie ruǎn-zhuó; Du's commentary on the Zuozhuan says: "Ruò (爇) means to burn." The Cangjie pian says: "Fire blazing; composed of the fire radical with ruò (蓻) phonetic").
