Bridling and restraining (羈制): [羈 is pronounced with the fanqie] 寄 + 宜. Already explained above in fascicle 35, in the Maitreya's Descent to Attain Buddhahood Sūtra. It is also written 羇, or 䩭 in ancient characters.
