矛䂎（上莫候反古今正字云酋矛也逮於兵車長二丈五尺也象形字也或作𢦵古字也或作𨥨亦通下倉亂反考聲云遙投矛也說文云從矛贊聲也）。

Spear and javelin (矛䂎: the first character has the fanqie 莫候反; the Gujin zhengzi states: "Qiu spear; attached to war chariots, two zhang and five chi in length; a pictographic character." It is also written as 𢦵, an ancient graph, or as 𨥨, which is also accepted. The second character has the fanqie 倉亂反; the Kaosheng states: "A spear thrown from afar." The Shuowen jiezi states: "From the spear radical (矛) with 贊 as phonetic").
