愚騃（牙蟹反蒼頡篇云騃無知也說文行仡皃也從馬矣聲字正形也）。

Foolish and ignorant (愚騃: [騃 has the fanqie] 牙蟹 [y- + -ǎi → yái]. The Cang Jie pian says: “騃 means lacking knowledge.” The Shuowen says: “The appearance of walking with swift vigor. Formed from 馬 (horse) and 矣 as phonetic.” This is the standard form of the character).
