兇櫱（上兇字下從人下言羯反杜注左傳云櫱災也蟲獸為怪曰櫱衣服草木為怪曰𰴁今通作𭒯俗字也正從示辥聲）。

兇櫱 (The first character, 兇, is written with 人 below. The second character has the fanqie 言 + 羯. Du's commentary on the Zuo zhuan states that 櫱 means calamity; when insects and beasts cause anomalies it is called 櫱, and when clothing, herbs, and trees cause anomalies it is called 𰴁. Nowadays it is universally written as 𭒯, which is a vulgar character; the standard form is written with 示 and 辥 phonetic).
