瘭疾（上褾遙反廣雅云癰成膿也埤蒼云瘭疽浮熱也集訓云熾也古今正字從疒票聲也經從火作𱬞非也票音必消反）。

瘭疾 ('ulcerous illness'; the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 褾 + 遙. The Guangya says: "A swelling that has become suppurative." The Picang says: "'Biaoju' (瘭疽) is superficial heat." The Jixun says: "Blazing." The Gujin zhengzi says it is formed from [the radical] 疒 with 票 as the phonetic component. The sūtra writes it with [the radical] 火 as 𱬞, which is incorrect. 票 is pronounced 必 + 消).
