謦欬（上輕郢反下開愛反韻英云謦聲也顧野王云欬嗽也說文云謦欬逆氣通而兼有聲也並形聲字也）。

To clear the throat and cough (謦欬): The first character has the fanqie 輕 (q-) plus 郢 (-ing); the second character has the fanqie 開 (k-) plus 愛 (-ai). The Yunying states that 謦 means sound. Gu Yewang states that 欬 means coughing. The Shuowen jiezi states that 謦欬 means reverse breath clearing through accompanied by sound. Both are phonetic-ideographic characters.
