嚻聲（上許嬌反鄭注周禮云嚻讙也毛詩傳云嚻聲也說文聲氣出頭上也從㗊從頁頁首也㗊音莊立反）。

嚻聲 (The first syllable is *xiāo* [xu + jiao fanqie]. Zheng Xuan's commentary on the Zhouli says: "嚻 (*xiāo*) means clamour." The commentary on the Mao Shi says: "嚻 (*xiāo*) is a sound." The Shuowen jiezi says: "Sound and breath rising above the head; it is formed with 㗊 and 頁; 頁 is the head." 㗊 is pronounced *zhé* [zhuang + li fanqie]).
