不灒（子[改-己+(林/目)]反說文云灒汙灑也一云水濺人也從水贊聲）。

Not splashing (the fanqie is 子 + [改-己+(林/目)]. The *Shuowen* says: "*Zan* means foul splashing; another authority says water splashing onto someone." It is composed of 水 [water] with 贊 as phonetic).
