撓攪（上好高反考聲云撓擾也廣雅云亂也說文攪也從手堯聲下交巧反詩傳云攪乳也字書云撓也說文從手覺聲）。

撓攪 'disturbing and churning' (the first character is fanqie 好高; the Kaosheng says: '撓 means to agitate'; the Guangya says: 'it means to disorder'; the Shuowen jiezi says: 'to churn; it is formed from the hand [radical] with 堯 phonetic'; the second character is fanqie 交巧; the Shijing commentary says: '攪 means to agitate'; character dictionaries say: 'it means to disturb'; the Shuowen jiezi says: 'it is formed from the hand [radical] with 覺 phonetic').
