百釬(下寒旦反讀與旱同考聲云釬謂令金鐵使相著也方言云鐏謂之釬也說文云臂鎧也從金千聲鐏音存困反鎧音開待反)。

One hundred ferules [百釬]: The second character (han + dan [hàn]) is pronounced the same as 旱. The Kaosheng states: 'Hàn means joining metals or iron together.' The Fangyan states: 'A butt-cap/ferule (zūn) is called a hàn.' The Shuowen states: 'Armour for the arms; formed with "metal" [金] as radical and qiān [千] as phonetic.' 鐏 is pronounced cun + kun [zùn]; 鎧 is pronounced kai + dai [kǎi].
