摶如（上奪鸞反考聲云令相著也愽雅云摶猶握也附持也杜注左傳云摶者手摶也又云取也字書云按圓也說文云圜也從手專聲）。

Moulded into shape (摶如; the upper character [摶] is fanqie 奪鸞. The Kaosheng says: 'To cause to adhere together.' The Boya says: '摶 is like gripping; to hold close.' Du's commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: '摶 means to shape with the hand.' It also says: 'To take.' Lexicons state: 'To roll into a sphere.' The Shuowen says: 'Round.' It is composed with 'hand' (手) as semantic and 專 as phonetic).
