抄掠（上初窖反字書云抄亦掠也古今正字云謂強取物也從手少聲下力斫反前有部律第十卷已釋）。

Plundering (抄掠; the upper character [抄] is fanqie 初窖. Lexicons state: '抄 also means to loot.' The Gujin zhengzi says: 'It refers to forcibly seizing goods.' It is composed with 'hand' (手) as semantic and 少 as phonetic. The lower character [掠] is fanqie 力斫. Already explained above in Fascicle Ten of the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya).
