虛簉 (The second character has the fanqie pronunciation 初 + 瘦 [chòu]. Du [Yu's] commentary on the Zuozhuan says that 簉 means 'assistant'. The Kaosheng says it means 'to be placed among, to fill up'. The Gujin zhengzi gives it with the radical 草 and 造 as phonetic. In the treatise text it is written with the radical 竹 as 簉, which is a scribal error).
